Use of the MilkOne application
MilkOne is a subscription-based application for managing a milk distribution business — entries, billing, purchases, sales, payments, tally and reports. The following additional terms apply to its use:
On subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MilkOne for your own business for the period covered by your subscription. The application is licensed to you, not sold.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account and the accounts of any staff or customers you create. Please inform us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter — customers, suppliers, products, rates, entries, payments and adjustments. MilkOne is a record-keeping and reporting tool; it is not a substitute for statutory books of account, and the reports it produces do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice.
You agree not to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the application, and not to use it to store or transmit anything unlawful, or in any way that interferes with the service for other users.
We take a daily backup of your data. Even so, we recommend that you download and retain your own copies of key reports and statements periodically.
The service may occasionally be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or because of failures outside our control such as internet, hosting or telecom outages. We will make reasonable efforts to keep such interruptions short and, where planned, to inform you in advance.
We may add, change or withdraw features of the application from time to time in the course of improving it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the application in case of non-payment of subscription charges, or misuse of the service as described above.
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the use of MilkOne shall not exceed the subscription charges paid by you for the billing period in which the claim arose. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of business.
Charges and payment
Subscription charges, the billing period and any one-time setup or onboarding charges will be as communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Charges are payable in advance for each billing period unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this page. Please check this page periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Continued use of the website or the application after such a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
