Part 1 — The MilkOne website

The section below applies to visitors of the MilkOne website.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

• Name
• Contact information including mobile number and email address
• Business details such as your dairy or distribution business name, area and route, if you share them with us
• Other information relevant to a demo request, enquiry, customer survey and/or offers

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping.
• To contact you about a demo you have requested, and to answer your enquiries.
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• We may periodically send promotional messages about new features, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, using the mobile number or email address which you have provided.
• From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email or post.

Part 2 — The MilkOne application

This section applies to the MilkOne application used by milk distribution businesses, their staff and their customers.

Information the application collects

• Account information — the name, mobile number, email address (where provided) and role of each user we create for your business, including owners, staff and customer logins. We use these to identify you when you sign in and to control what each user can see and do.
• Business data you enter — customers, suppliers, products, brands, rates, daily entries, bills, payments, crates, expenses and the reports generated from them. This data belongs to your business. We store it on our servers only in order to provide the application to you, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
• Notification details — where you have enabled bill or reminder messages, we use the mobile number recorded against a customer to send those messages on your behalf.
• Diagnostic data — standard error and performance logs recorded when the application is used, which we use to diagnose and fix problems.

How the application uses your information

• To authenticate you and operate the entry, billing, payment, tally and reporting workflows the application provides.
• To send bills, statements, reminders and service notifications relevant to your business.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.
• To diagnose, fix and improve the application.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell your information to third parties.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run MilkOne — a cloud hosting provider for the servers and daily backups, and messaging and payment providers for sending bill notifications and collecting subscription charges. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their part of the service. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account information and business data for as long as your subscription remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that you can retrieve your records. You may request an export of your data, or the deletion of your account and all associated personal data, by emailing support@radonenterprises.com. We will respond within 30 days. Where data belongs to a distribution business rather than to you personally — for example entries recorded against a customer account — requests are handled with the business that owns those records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain types of processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email support@radonenterprises.com.

Children’s privacy

MilkOne is intended for milk distribution businesses and their customers. It is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We protect your information using encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections for all data transmitted between the application and our servers, encrypted storage of credentials, role-based access controls so that each user sees only what their role allows, and a daily backup of your data.

Location of data

Our servers and backups are located in India. Where a service provider processes data outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable level of protection.
